Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registration cancellations received on or before Friday, April 3, 2009 are eligible for a refund less a US$100 processing fee. Delegates canceling after Friday, April 3, 2009 and on or before Friday, May 22, 2009 are eligible for a 50% refund. Delegates canceling after Friday, May 22, 2009 and Congress no shows are liable for the full amount due.

Need a Visa?
Some international travelers will need to apply for a Visa to visit Brazil (including US and Canadian citizens). Citizens of the United Kingdom and most European countries do not require a Visa. You may visit the Consulate General of Brazil in New York:

to determine if you will need to apply for a Visa.
If you need a Visa, you will need to identify your appropriate Brazilian Consulate jurisdiction. For more information:
